How to · Your AI
Set up check-ins after sessions and each morning
Your AI can look in after a session syncs and each morning, using its own scheduled tasks. Memory.fit tells it what is new and when to check next.
Steps
Copy the prompt below into your AI. It reads what is new in Memory.fit since it last looked, and suggests when to check next.
Claude (Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise): ask Claude to schedule the check-in, review the name, time and instructions, then tap Schedule. Scheduled tasks run in the cloud and use your connectors.
ChatGPT can schedule tasks too, but OpenAI does not say a scheduled task can use a custom connector like Memory.fit. Try it once; if the task can't reach Memory.fit, paste the prompt into a chat when you want a check-in.
Other AIs: if yours can't schedule, keep the prompt and paste it after a session or each morning. Memory.fit remembers where your AI left off.
After a session, give it about 20 minutes to sync from your watch. If your workouts come through Apple Health or Health Connect, open Memory.fit first so they arrive.
Words for your AI
“Every morning at 7 and about 30 minutes after each planned session, check Memory.fit for what's new since you last looked: last night's sleep, a weigh-in, meals, and any session that synced, compared with the plan. Tell me in three lines how it went and what's next today. Use the check times Memory.fit suggests.”
