When your AI can't see a session you finished
The session shows in the Memory.fit app, but your AI says it has nothing. Here is why that happens, and how to get your next sessions to your AI.

Steps
Your AI sees sessions only from sources Memory.fit may share with it. A session that reaches Memory.fit only through Strava stays in the app, because Strava's rules don't allow it to be shared with AI tools.
iPhone
It may not have synced yet. From a watch connected in Memory.fit, give it about 20 minutes. Workouts in Apple Health reach Memory.fit when you open the app.
Android
It may not have synced yet. From a watch connected in Memory.fit, give it about 20 minutes. Workouts in Health Connect reach Memory.fit when you open the app.
Zwift: on zwift.com, open your account's Connections page, pick TrainingPeaks and connect. New rides then upload to TrainingPeaks by themselves; rides from before you connected don't.
Then connect TrainingPeaks in Memory.fit: tap You, then the cog at the top right, then Health data. Under Add a source, tap TrainingPeaks, then Connect under Sign in to TrainingPeaks. With the sign in, Memory.fit also reads the workouts you finished.
Garmin, Wahoo or COROS: in Health data, under Add a source, tap Connect next to it and sign in. Its sessions then reach Memory.fit and your AI by themselves.
iPhone
Apple Watch workouts go to Apple Health. Open Memory.fit after the session so it reads them, and allow Workouts when it asks.
Android
For a watch or app that writes to Health Connect, allow Exercise for Memory.fit in Health Connect, then open Memory.fit after the session.
Still missing? Tell your AI how it went: how it felt, how long, what you ate and drank. It can log what you tell it.
Words for your AI
“I finished a session but you can't see it in Memory.fit yet. Ask me how it went: how it felt, how long it was and what I ate and drank, then log what I tell you. Then tell me how to send my sessions to Memory.fit so you see the next one.”
