What it can do
What Grok Bot can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Grok Bot plans and reviews from your real training, and can re-plan a week after a bad night's sleep.
- Scheduled check-ins
- Yes. Grok Bot keeps working after you close the app, so it can write your weekly review while you train.
- Where it runs
- A desktop app on macOS, Windows and Linux. A companion app on iPhone and Android, no web app.
- Good to know
- This page is for Grok Bot, xAI's always-on agent in its own desktop and phone apps, not Grok on grok.com. Each session reaches it with its sport, title and planned length; TSS and IF only when your coach writes them in the session, since the calendar feed often leaves planned TSS out.

Limits
Limits, said plainly
- The calendar link carries planned sessions only. Completed workouts come from your watch, Apple Health or Health Connect.
- Memory.fit checks your TrainingPeaks calendar every hour, and a moved session follows once TrainingPeaks updates the link.
- Calendar Export is a TrainingPeaks Premium feature, so the link needs a Premium athlete account.
- TrainingPeaks' partner API is for approved developers only, and no official TrainingPeaks MCP exists.
- For your AI's own sessions on a calendar and your watch, connect intervals.icu or your watch to Memory.fit.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
