What it can do

What Dots can do with it

Plans written back
In part. OpenAI says a dot's background research uses your connected apps read only, so plans are written when you ask in the chat.
Scheduled check-ins
Yes. Dots are always on, each with its own cloud computer, so your dot can check in on its own.
Where it runs
Inside ChatGPT, each dot with its own cloud computer. Adding Memory.fit needs chatgpt.com in a browser.
Good to know
Memory.fit keeps your plan in step with TrainingPeaks: a session your coach deletes from your calendar leaves Memory.fit once it is gone from your calendar link, so your dot never fuels a session that isn’t there.

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • The calendar link carries planned sessions only. Completed workouts come from your watch, Apple Health or Health Connect.
  • Memory.fit checks your TrainingPeaks calendar every hour, and a moved session follows once TrainingPeaks updates the link.
  • Calendar Export is a TrainingPeaks Premium feature, so the link needs a Premium athlete account.
  • TrainingPeaks' partner API is for approved developers only, and no official TrainingPeaks MCP exists.
  • For your AI's own sessions on a calendar and your watch, connect intervals.icu or your watch to Memory.fit.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.

Questions

TrainingPeaks in Dots, in short.

  • Not from TrainingPeaks. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: connect TrainingPeaks in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Dots, and your dot reads it.

  • Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Dots has its own requirements: ChatGPT Pro or Business Premium.

  • Memory.fit works in every country, and Dots' requirements name no region.

  • Your dot gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Dots or TrainingPeaks at any time.

  • ChatGPT Pro or Business Premium. OpenAI also offers them in beta on Enterprise, where an admin turns them on. Memory.fit itself is the same price with any AI.

  • Not from TrainingPeaks: its calendar link carries planned sessions only. A workout reaches Memory.fit when the watch, head unit or health app that recorded it is connected too.
