What it can do
What Claude Code can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Claude Code reads your training and writes the sessions it plans back to Memory.fit, asking before each change unless you allowed it.
- Workouts sent to your Wahoo
- Yes. Once Claude Code plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your Wahoo. Up to 28 days ahead on your calendar and on the head unit from six days before. A session your AI moves or changes is updated in place, and one it removes is deleted.
- Where it runs
- Your terminal, on a computer.
- Good to know
- Claude Code adds Memory.fit with one command in your terminal and signs in from /mcp. It reads your Wahoo rides and power there, and before it changes your plan it asks for your yes; once you allow it, it goes to your Wahoo.

Try it
Ask Claude Code about your Wahoo data
“Read my rides from Wahoo for the last six weeks and tell me how my power is trending.”
Up. Your average power on rides over an hour rose from 201 to 214 W in six weeks, and your best 20 min from 270 to 279 W, at about the same heart rate.

“How did yesterday's ride on my ELEMNT go against the plan, step by step?”
Uses:get_session_complianceget_workouts
“Put a 2 x 20 min threshold ride on my Wahoo for Thursday at my FTP.”
Added for Thursday: 2 × 20 min at 255 to 268 W, 5 min easy between, with a warm-up and cool-down. It's on your Wahoo now.

Limits
Limits, said plainly
- Memory.fit connects to Wahoo directly: your last 90 days come in, then each ride and run as your Wahoo syncs.
- Your Wahoo FTP is offered in the app's Training zones and never replaces yours by itself.
- Disconnecting Wahoo also removes the upcoming sessions Memory.fit put on your Wahoo calendar.
- Wahoo doesn't share workouts recorded in other apps, so a KICKR ride in Zwift or another app never reaches Memory.fit through Wahoo. Connect intervals.icu for those.
- The first read goes 90 days back.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
