Connect Zwift to Claude Code
Yes, through intervals.icu. Zwift shares with intervals.icu, the Memory.fit app reads it, and once you add one Memory.fit address to Claude Code, Claude Code reads your rides and runs, duration and distance, and heart rate.
Claude Code can also write your plans back to Memory.fit, where you see them in the app.

What it reads
What Claude Code reads from Zwift
Through intervals.icu: Zwift sends your rides there, and Memory.fit reads intervals.icu.

- Duration and distance
- Heart rate

Memory.fit reads each finished session, not the steps of the Zwift workout you rode.

What it can do
What Claude Code can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Claude Code reads your training and writes the sessions it plans back to Memory.fit, asking before each change unless you allowed it.
- Where it runs
- Your terminal, on a computer.
- Good to know
- Claude Code adds Memory.fit with one command in your terminal and signs in from /mcp. It reads your Zwift rides there, and before it changes your plan it asks for your yes; once you allow it, it goes to your intervals.icu calendar, and from there to Zwift.

Rising. Your best 20 min on Zwift went from 252 to 263 W over 13 rides in four weeks, and your heart rate on those efforts fell by about 3 bpm.

“Put a 3 × 12 min sweet spot workout on my intervals.icu calendar for Wednesday, so it shows in Zwift.”
Added for Wednesday: 3 × 12 min sweet spot at 245 to 260 W, 5 min easy between. It's on your intervals.icu calendar, so Zwift shows it in your workouts.

Limits
Limits, said plainly
- Memory.fit has no direct Zwift connection yet. Today your Zwift sessions come through intervals.icu, which links to Zwift itself.
- Link Zwift to intervals.icu directly, not through Strava: activities that came from Strava stay out.
- Zwift doesn't reliably sync to Apple Health or Health Connect, so we don't count on that route.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
Questions
Zwift in Claude Code, in short.
Not from Zwift. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: Zwift shares with intervals.icu, the Memory.fit app reads it, and Claude Code reads it through one Memory.fit address.
Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Claude Code's own plan, if it has one, is separate.
Memory.fit works in every country, and Claude Code's requirements name no region.
Claude Code gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Claude Code or Zwift at any time.
Yes, by default. When Claude Code wants to write a session or a target to Memory.fit, it shows the request and waits for your yes, unless you allowed Memory.fit's tools for the session.
