Connect Wahoo to Grok
Yes. Connect Wahoo in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Grok, and Grok reads your rides and runs, power, and heart rate.
Grok can also plan structured sessions, and Memory.fit sends them to your Wahoo.
What Grok needs: sign in, about a minute.

What it reads
What Grok reads from Wahoo
Directly from Wahoo: you sign in with Wahoo in the Memory.fit app.
The first read goes 90 days back.

What it can do
What Grok can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Grok reads your training, sleep and fuel, and can plan around them.
- Workouts sent to your Wahoo
- Yes. Once Grok plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your Wahoo. Up to 28 days ahead on your calendar and on the head unit from six days before. A session your AI moves or changes is updated in place, and one it removes is deleted.
- Meal photos
- In part. Grok sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
- Where it runs
- grok.com and the Grok apps.
- Good to know
- This page is for Grok, the assistant on grok.com and in the Grok apps, not Grok Bot. You add Memory.fit once in the Grok phone app, under Settings › Connectors › Custom Connector, and Grok reads your Wahoo rides and power in any chat after that, with no connector to pick.

Try it
Ask Grok about your Wahoo data
“Read my rides from Wahoo for the last six weeks and tell me how my power is trending.”
Uses:get_workoutsget_trends
“How did yesterday's ride on my ELEMNT go against the plan, step by step?”
Close to plan. Five of six steps were on target, and your 8 min intervals held 252 to 260 W against 250 to 265. The last one dropped to 244 W in its final two minutes.

“Put a 2 x 20 min threshold ride on my Wahoo for Thursday at my FTP.”
Done. Thursday: 15 min warm-up, 2 × 20 min at 255 to 268 W with 5 min easy, 10 min cool-down. It's on your Wahoo.

Limits
Limits, said plainly
- Memory.fit connects to Wahoo directly: your last 90 days come in, then each ride and run as your Wahoo syncs.
- Your Wahoo FTP is offered in the app's Training zones and never replaces yours by itself.
- Disconnecting Wahoo also removes the upcoming sessions Memory.fit put on your Wahoo calendar.
- Wahoo doesn't share workouts recorded in other apps, so a KICKR ride in Zwift or another app never reaches Memory.fit through Wahoo. Connect intervals.icu for those.
- The first read goes 90 days back.
- Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
