What it can do

What Grok can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. Grok reads your training, sleep and fuel, and can plan around them.
Workouts sent to your Suunto
Yes. Once Grok plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your Suunto. Up to 90 days ahead, and a session your AI moves or changes is replaced on the watch.
Meal photos
In part. Grok sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
Where it runs
grok.com and the Grok apps.
Good to know
This page is for Grok, the assistant on grok.com and in the Grok apps, not Grok Bot. You add Memory.fit once in the Grok phone app, under Settings › Connectors › Custom Connector, and Grok reads your Suunto runs, sleep and resting heart rate in any chat after that, with no connector to pick.

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • You sign in with Suunto in the Memory.fit app, and your AI never sees your Suunto password.
  • Suunto's HRV reaches your AI the way Suunto sends it, beside its other data: Suunto doesn't say which HRV measure it is.
  • Suunto's own MCP is on its China site. Asked about it on Suunto's forum, a moderator wrote of a version outside China: "hopefully this will be a reality soon… but not yet".
  • Suunto Run and Suunto Run 2 don't take SuuntoPlus Guides, so a session your AI plans can't reach them; it stays on Plan in the Memory.fit app.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.
