What it can do
What Grok can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Grok reads your training, sleep and fuel, and can plan around them.
- Workouts sent to your Garmin
- Yes. Once Grok plans a structured session, Memory.fit sends it to your Garmin. Up to 90 days ahead, and a session your AI moves or changes is updated on the watch.
- Meal photos
- In part. Grok sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
- Where it runs
- grok.com and the Grok apps.
- Good to know
- This page is for Grok, the assistant on grok.com and in the Grok apps, not Grok Bot. You add Memory.fit once in the Grok phone app, under Settings › Connectors › Custom Connector, and Grok reads your Garmin workouts, sleep and HRV in any chat after that, with no connector to pick.
