What it can do

What Grok can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. Grok reads your training, sleep and fuel, and can plan around them.
Meal photos
In part. Grok sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
Where it runs
grok.com and the Grok apps.
Good to know
This page is for Grok, the assistant on grok.com and in the Grok apps, not Grok Bot. You add Memory.fit once in the Grok phone app, under Settings › Connectors › Custom Connector, and Grok reads your Concept2 results and splits in any chat after that, with no connector to pick.

Try it

Ask Grok about your Concept2 data

“How have my 2k splits moved over the last three months?”

GrokExample
Faster. Your best 2k dropped from 7:21.9 in August to 7:13.4 this month, about 2 s per 500 m, and your steady rows went from 2:04 to 2:01 /500m at 20 spm.

Uses:get_workouts

“Put a 4 × 2,000 m row on Saturday with 4 min rest between, and tell me the target splits.”

GrokExample
Done. Saturday at 08:00: 4 × 2,000 m at 1:52 to 1:54 /500m, 4 min easy between, with a warm-up and cool-down. It's on your Plan.

Limits

Limits, said plainly

  • Memory.fit reads your Logbook and never writes to it.
  • Your last 90 days of results come in when you connect, then each new one as it reaches your Logbook.
  • Your AI's own subscription is separate from Memory.fit's.

Questions

Concept2 in Grok, in short.

  • Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Grok's own plan, if it has one, is separate.

  • Memory.fit works in every country, and Grok's requirements name no region.

  • Grok gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Grok or Concept2 at any time.

  • Yes. In the Grok app, open Settings › Connectors, scroll to Custom Connectors, tap Custom Connector, then Connect. Name it Memory.fit, paste the address and tap Add Connector, then sign in with your Memory.fit account.
