What it can do

What Grok can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. Grok reads your training, sleep and fuel, and can plan around them.
Meal photos
In part. Grok sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
Where it runs
grok.com and the Grok apps.
Good to know
This page is for Grok, the assistant on grok.com and in the Grok apps, not Grok Bot. You add Memory.fit once in the Grok phone app, under Settings › Connectors › Custom Connector, and Grok reads your Polar training and Nightly Recharge in any chat after that, with no connector to pick.

“How did my sleep change on the nights after my hard sessions?”

Uses:get_sleepget_workouts

“Move tomorrow's threshold run if my Nightly Recharge is poor, and tell me why.”

GrokExample
Done. Last night's Nightly Recharge was poor, with an ANS charge of −5.8, so Thursday's threshold run moved to Saturday. Thursday is an easy 40 min run now.

Questions

Polar in Grok, in short.

  • Not from Polar. Memory.fit is a hosted MCP server: connect Polar in the Memory.fit app, add one Memory.fit address to Grok, and Grok reads it.

  • Memory.fit is $9 a month or $69 a year, with 7 days free, for every device and every AI you connect. Grok's own plan, if it has one, is separate.

  • Memory.fit works in every country, and Grok's requirements name no region.

  • Grok gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Grok or Polar at any time.

  • Yes. In the Grok app, open Settings › Connectors, scroll to Custom Connectors, tap Custom Connector, then Connect. Name it Memory.fit, paste the address and tap Add Connector, then sign in with your Memory.fit account.
