Connect Apple Watch to Grok

Soon. It needs the Memory.fit iPhone app, which is coming soon. Once it is out, connect Apple Watch there, add one Memory.fit address to Grok, and Grok reads your workouts, sleep and sleep stages, HRV and resting heart rate.

Grok can also write your plans back to Memory.fit, where you see them in the app.

What Grok needs: sign in, about a minute.

What it reads

What Grok reads from Apple Watch

Through Apple Health on your iPhone: the Memory.fit iPhone app reads what your watch records, and puts the sessions your AI plans in the Workout app.

The first sync reads up to 90 days back.

  • Workouts with heart rate, pace and power
  • Sleep and sleep stages
  • HRV and resting heart rate
  • VO2 max and steps

Only what your watch saves to Apple Health comes through.

What it can do

What Grok can do with it

Plans written back
Yes. Grok reads your training, sleep and fuel, and can plan around them.
Meal photos
In part. Grok sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
Where it runs
grok.com and the Grok apps.
Good to know
This page is for Grok, the assistant on grok.com and in the Grok apps, not Grok Bot. You add Memory.fit once in the Grok phone app, under Settings › Connectors › Custom Connector, and Grok reads your Apple Watch runs, sleep and heart rate in any chat after that, with no connector to pick.

  • Grok gets only the permissions you allow, every change shows in the Memory.fit app with who made it, and you can disconnect Grok or Apple Watch at any time.

  • Yes. In the Grok app, open Settings › Connectors, scroll to Custom Connectors, tap Custom Connector, then Connect. Name it Memory.fit, paste the address and tap Add Connector, then sign in with your Memory.fit account.
