Connect Apple Health to Grok
Soon. It needs the Memory.fit iPhone app, which is coming soon. Once it is out, connect Apple Health there, add one Memory.fit address to Grok, and Grok reads your workouts, sleep and sleep stages, HRV and resting heart rate.
Grok can also write your plans back to Memory.fit, where you see them in the app.
What Grok needs: sign in, about a minute.

What Grok can do with it
- Plans written back
- Yes. Grok reads your training, sleep and fuel, and can plan around them.
- Meal photos
- In part. Grok sees your meal photo and logs the meal, but can't hand the photo itself to Memory.fit unless it can run code with internet access.
- Where it runs
- grok.com and the Grok apps.
- Good to know
- This page is for Grok, the assistant on grok.com and in the Grok apps, not Grok Bot. You add Memory.fit once in the Grok phone app, under Settings › Connectors › Custom Connector, and Grok reads your Apple Health workouts and sleep in any chat after that, with no connector to pick.

“How have my resting heart rate and HRV moved over the last eight weeks?”
Both improved. Your resting heart rate eased from 57 to 53 bpm and your HRV rose from 39 to 46 ms, with one dip in week six after your 40 km week.

Done. An easy run Tuesday, strength Wednesday, intervals Thursday, strength Friday and the long run Saturday. Monday nights are your shortest, so Tuesday stays easy.
